A group of volunteers gathered on Saturday morning at 8:00am to place flags on the graves of veterans at Southern Memorial Gardens in Dunkirk. Several other cemeteries in Calvert County were also visited. Thank you to all who helped.
Then we had a picnic for the Nam Knights Motorcycle Club. There were over 400 people and 300 motorcycles present.
On Monday there were two ceremonies, one in Chesapeake Beach and one at the county courthouse.
